PHD Romania has a new managing director

Razvan Dragomirescu is the new managing director of PHD Romania, the full service media agency of OmnicomMediaGroup. Laura Badea, the former strategy director OmnicomMediaGroup Romania & managing director PHD Romania has been promoted to as account director of PHD CEE.

Dragomirescu has joined OmnicomMediaGroup in February 2010. He has nine years of professional experience in media and client service. Dragomirescu graduated from the International Economic Relations Faculty from the Romanian-American University and the National School of Political Studies and Public Administration.
