PeliFilip promotes two lawyers to senior associates

The law firm PeliFilip has promoted two lawyers, Razvan Ionescu and Ana Andreiana, to senior associates.

Ionescu joined PeliFilip in 2012, within the litigation department. His experience includes assisting clients in relationship to insolvency procedures, criminal law cases, and litigations arising out of the intellectual property rights infringement. The most recent project he has been involved with is representing an international investment fund in several cases targeting the recovery of debts worth approximately USD 35 million.

Andreiana started her activity at PeliFilip in 2013 in the corporate law, mergers and acquisitions department. During this period, she has worked on projects touching on different law areas, especially in corporate, transactions, financial and capital services field. Among the latest projects that she was part of is the assistance of a privately owned group from Romania in selling their shares of a local cash&carry operator.
