PeliFilip assists BelRom and K&S Developments over Electroputere Shopping Center

Law firm PeliFilip has advised Belgian companies BelRom Real Estate and K&S Developments in negotiating and signing the contracts for the development of the Electroputere Shopping Center in Craiova.

The assistance involved consulting for the acquisition of products, financing for the acquisition of goods, fiscal aspects, the sale of future goods, building and other related contracts, and lasted five months. The team that worked on the project was coordinated by partners Francisc Peli and Carmen Peli, and included Ioana Ene, Oana Badarau, Alexandra Manciulea and Mirona Apostu as collaborating lawyers.
