pastel agency added a new destination for creative campaigns to its portfolio, as it has been chosen to ensure, for the next 2 years, the brand communication of Sun Plaza, the commercial center owned by the real estate investment company SIMMO AG, from Austria. As a result of the pitch the Sun Plaza team decided that, of all the agencies that took part in the process, pastel’s proposals brought the best answers to the brief and a creative approach that transforms the brand’s 7-year-old promise, “A sensational destination”, into a true experience.

Starting from the original and surprising personality of the commercial center, but also from a thorough research, the agency proposed a strategic refresh materialized into a daring and effective concept, while maintaining the brand’s positioning and its relevance for the consumers.

„I was happy to be able to approach this project „by the book”. Sun Plaza were generous with the time, so we could give the necessary attention to every step of the process. Our strategy had the time to go deep and thorough and we, the creative department, could explore at ease. This is how we managed to hone a very relevant and seductive concept. We illustrated it carefully and proved to be convincing,” said Laura Iane, creative director pastel.

This is not the first time pastel and Sun Plaza work together, as they have previously collaborated to develop several punctual events. The agency’s expertise was a key factor in winning the Sun Plaza pitch, a result of more than 11 years of activity and over 5000 projects in the creative industry which materialized into an extensive knowledge of different consumer typologies and a capacity to find strong insights for each campaign. As a creative agency, pastel is looking to put its know-how into „sensational” experiences that will generate a creative communication for the brand and help consolidate its image.
