Pada Murre opens 16th Romanian store in Era Shopping Park Oradea

Pada Murre, the men’s fashion retailer, has rented a 140 sqm space in Era Shopping Park Oradea and has put EUR 85,000 into opening the store in the Oradea mall. The store will offer collections by Pada Murre, Pablone, Consigliere, Roland, Blei Frei, Il Padrino, Pre End, Vito and Genius. Pada Murre is a Romanian business, started in Oradea in 2003. The retailer has opened on average two stores a year since its establishment.

The mall in Era Shopping Park Oradea will be operational once the new 28,500 sqm will be delivered. The most recent tenants that have signed leasing contracts in the park are Mobexpert, Elvila and Fox. The park’s first 8,000 sqm were inaugurated in 2010, and accommodate brands such as Sprider Stores, Gentil, Kangaroo Land, Chrome, Euphoria Style, Expo Fashion and L’italiano.  Era Shopping Park is developed by Argo Real Estate Opportunities Fund, an investent fund listed on the London stock exchange. The fund’s Romanian portfolio includes Era Shopping Park Iasi, Era Shopping Park Oradea, Sibu Shopping City, Suceava Shopping City. The company is making real estate investments for Argo Capital Management Property Limited.
