Mulberry Development, the real estate company controlled by Ovidiu Sandor, has announced the start of the second development phase for ISHO Offices, the mixed-use project located in Timisoara.
The company aims to finish the second stage of the project, which has a leasable surface of 18,000 square meters, in the spring of 2019. It will feature a coworking space and multifunctional facilities for the creative industries.
Sandor said that the high demand for offices and apartments means that all the buildings in the complex will be finished by 2020.
The developer said it has been able to fully lease the first 15,000 sqm of office space with the first tenants expected to start their activity in June.
ISHO Office is designed to have 50,000 sqm that will be delivered in three stages. Once completed, the project will be able to provide 6,000 sqm of leasable space per floor. It will also have 2,000 parking spaces and close to one hectare of green spaces.
