Over 100 new and old apartments, including for rent, are presented at Bucharest Real estate Exhibition 2018

Over 100 new and old apartments, including for rent, are in the portfolio of Bucharest Real estate Exhibition 2018, which starts this Friday at the Parliament Palace.

According to the organizers, the event has become the biggest fair, occupying three rooms within Parliament Palace, where the real estate developers will launch the offer of projects in value of over EUR 100 million.

Within the Bucharest Real Estate Exhibition, the first fair since the approval of the program Prima Casa, the visitors can choose an apartment out of the over 100 new apartments, as well as old apartments (built before 2000), including in renting.

The real estate fair will have an expanded surface, the events’ organizers exposing their offers in the big areas of Bucharest.

The Bucharest Real estate Exhibition has become the biggest real estate fair and is part of the K group’s  portfolio, a group association of companies active in the field of events organization, with a cumulated annual turnover of EUR 2.5 million.

The schedule is: Friday, between 12:00-19:00, Saturday between 10:00-19:00 and Sunday between 10:00-18:00.

The following edition of the real estate fair is scheduled for this autumn, between September 7-9.
