Oracle Romania leases 14,000 sqm office space in Oracle Tower and Nusco Tower

Oracle Romania has signed a five- year agreement for around 14,000 sq m office space in Oracle Tower and Nusco Tower. Both buildings are located in the Calea Floreasca – Barbu Vacarescu area. The Advisers/ Knight Frank was appointed by Oracle to exclusively represent them in this transaction. Since 2006, Oracle Romania has used Oracle Tower to house one of its centers, renting over 7,173 sqm. After the company’s consolidation and expansion to 169^th A Calea Floreasca, Oracle’s representatives decided to continue in this area. Oracle’s space requirement was larger this year, thus its need was covered by two buildings. Besides the decision to continue another 5five years in Oracle Tower, almost 7,000 sq m were taken up in Nusco Tower. Hence, the company has become the largest tenant of the building delivered this year by Nusco Group. Starting this autumn, Oracle will move into the new space.
