Optim PM gets awarded for project management activities this year

Optim PM won for the second time in a row the “Best Project Management Company of the Year” Award, on December 8, marking the 9th edition of CIJ Awards Gala, held at Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest.

During 2016, Optim PM continued to grow its portfolio to 70 projects and delivered the most important real estate projects of the year, consolidating its position on the real estate & construction market in Romania and in the region.

Optim PM delivered major new retail schemes this year: Timisoara Shopping City, Constanta City Mall extension, Park Lake, Veranda Shop & Stay, Piatra Neamt Shopping City and three Cinema City complexes. The company continued the involvement in managing the constructions of different retail, office and industrial projects such as Aviatorilor 8, Oregon Park, Orhideea Towers, Sun Plaza, BB Offices, Galati Shopping City and new competences in the residential sector with West Residential Park, Poseidon and Green Vista projects.
