NNDKP appoints new partner

Ana-Maria Baciu has been appointed remunerated partner and head of the intellectual property practice at Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP). With a professional experience of over eleven years, Baciu has expertise in all aspects related to trademarks, drawings, patents, copyright and domain names.

She is also part of the NNDKP team coordinating disputes having as subject matter aspects related to pharmaceuticals. At the same time, Ana-Maria coordinates the legal assistance provided in the ”Pharmaceuticals”, ”Gambling” and „Consumer Protection” areas. She joined the firm in 2003. Baciu is a graduate of the University of Bucharest Law School and a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and of the National Chamber of Intellectual Property Counselors of Romania.

Baciu has been recently appointed vice-president of the Lex Mundi regional work group focused on regulations applicable in the health industry.
