New Kopel Group, part of Israeli Shlomo Holding, registered a turnover growth of 20 percent to EUR 15 million in the first half of the year at the level of all its divisions versus the same period of 2015.

The total investment value reached EUR 9 million, a growth of 40 percent compared with the same period of 2015.

The growth was also sustained by the market growth rate. The SIXT New Kopel Operational Leasing fleet grew by 23 percent, while SIXT Rent a Car almost doubled its fleet in the last two year, reaching 800 cars.

“As I announced at the beginning of the year, 2016 is an effervescent year. We started in force and we’ll continue to maintain this rhythm. We set up a target for three years that focuses on reaching a fleet of 4,000 cars until the end of 2017, that covers the rent a car zone, operational leasing and fleet management. We’ll continue to focus on SMEs, on start-ups and on growing our market share on operational leasing. On rent a car segment our objective is to maintain the evolution that our company had in 2015 and to increase our SIXT Rent a Car fleet. We are a commercial center where the client can choose from a wide range of services depending on his/her needs. At the moment, almost 80 percent of our clients access at least four of our divisions at the same time,“ says Hezi Shayb, CEO of New Kopel Group.

New Kopel Group estimates a turnover of approximately EUR 30 million until the end of the year and aims to expand its fleet according to the target. Also, the sales target is of minimum 1,500 used and new cars. In the first semester of the year, the showroom activity Union Motors grew by 54.5 percent while the Union Motors service activity grew by 20 percent. Moreover the clients portfolio grew by 19 percent.
