Nearly half of the Romanians who go to an interview do not get informed about the company that they wish to employ them, according to a BestJobs survey carried out on 995 respondents.
Most respondents were people between 25 and 35, with post-university studies.
Other embarrassing situations in which would be employees found themselves would be that they forgot the name of the recruiter (9 percent), they lied (9 percent), they had a hangover at the time of the interview (5 percent), they flirted with the interviewer (3 percent) and other situations (28 percent).
