Ministry of Finance announced that the companies will relate exclusive online with ANAF from 2019

Companies could have a Single Declaration next year, and communication with ANAF will be made online, said representatives of the Finance Minister.

”We will also start for companies with the Unique Virtual Space, with the obligation to communicate only in this way. From January 1 and for individuals and legal entities this will be the obligation. There is no other approach. No paper, stamp, absolutely nothing will be poured, ” said official of the Finance Minister.

The Ministry officials have announced as well that they are thinking about merging more business statements, creating a Single Statement.

The single statement is used now for individuals and it was submitted by more than 750,000 persons (about one-third – online), out of the estimated one million.
