Romanians who want to have a start-up can attend a new edition of Start-up Nation program 2018 starting April, said this Friday the minister for Business Environment, Ilan Laufer in a press conference.
The new edition of the financing program for SMEs comprises loans of RON 700 million allocated from the state budget, but the minister Laufer says that at the first budget correction, that will take place in the second semester, he will request additional RON 1.2-1.3 billion, a pledge for the new finances for entrepreneurs. This pledge requires a new budget correction, through which it will be transformed into budget loans.
He said that in maximum 30 days will be provided all the details related to the submission requirements in Start Up Nation 2018.
In the start Up Nation 2017 program, the value of a non-reimbursed payment is RON 200,000 for an SME set up after January 30, 2017.
