Metrorex will pay up to EUR 14 million for 1 Mai- Bazilescu Park section

Metrorex subway company will organize two public biddings with a total value of EUR 14.1 million, no VAT included, in order to open the segment 1 Mai- Bazilescu Park of subway route IV, according to a press release of the company. The first public bidding will be in value of EUR 6.7 million, and refers to rail works. The contract will be signed for an 8 months period. The offers that were submitted will be opened for evaluation on February 25.

The second public bidding in value of EUR 7.4 million, will be organized for installations and technical spaces. The contract will be signed for a year and the offers that were submitted will be opened for evaluation on March 25.

The contracts will be assigned function of price (80 percent) and the technical details (20 percent).
