Early this week, Al Sapore, a new Mediterranean cuisine restaurant, opened in Bucharest in the presence of some local stars and refined connoisseurs of the culinary art and luxury services.
The restaurant is located on the ground floor of one of the buildings on Unirii boulevard, walking from Unirii Square to People’s House. The original space allowed to be arranged more on length than on width thus offering somehow more intimacy. The special wall decorations in shades of gold, pink and purple and white furniture, specific to the Adriatic region, create a unique sensorial experience.
Gabriele Orazio, the chef, originally from the Italian region Marche, proposes a menu with a variety of “marchigiane” specialties based on fish and sea foods. Family culinary secrets of over 60 years, handed down from father to son, the refinement and the importance given to fresh and healthy ingredients make the restaurant Al Sapori the place to satisfy the most sophisticated tastes. The menu contains also an extensive list of wines from Romania, Italy and France.
More information about restaurant, menu and prices can be found on www.alsapore.ro. Reservations on 0723572534. Address: 7, Unirii Blv.
