Medicover, one of the largest providers of private medical and diagnostic services in Romania, will relocate its headquarters in The Bridge 2 office building. The company has signed a seven-year deal aimed at renting an area of approximately 4,500 sqm.

The move will bring together all Medicover entities under the same roof, Medicover, Medicover, Synevo, Synevo Central Lab Clinical Trials and Software Development Competence Center.

On the ground floor of the building, developed close to Basarab Overpass by Forte Partners, there will be a Medicover clinic on an area of 840 sqm, and the space allocated to the offices will be about 3,700 sqm and will be positioned on the first and second floors, hosting the management and operational teams of the five entities.

“For the first time, all Medicover companies will operate in the same premises. We are anxious to move to a location that meets the needs of such a large team, “says Adrian Peake, general manager of Medicover Romania.

“Our operations and teams are constantly growing and moving to new office spaces will allow us to be more efficient, fostering creativity, teamwork and communication, with the aim of delivering the best laboratory medical services to our patients,” says Laurentiu Luca, general manager of Synevo Romania.

Medicover, an international provider of medical and diagnostic services listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm Scholarship in Sweden, recently reported a 14.1 percent increase in first-quarter revenue in 2018 compared to the same period of the previous year to a value of EUR 161.9 million.
