Mazars Romania appoints new head of accounting & payroll advisory

Mazars Romania announced a new move within its management team, appointing Luminita Bornoiu as the new head of accounting & payroll advisory. Bornoiu has been a partner within Mazars Romania’s accounting advisory service line since September 2013.

Luminita Bornoiu has over 18 years of professional experience in accounting, payroll and business process outsourcing, most of them in multinational companies. She is known in the market as a strong specialist in accounting and tax consulting solutions for small to large multinational players in different industries including retail, automotive, agriculture and real estate. She is member of the Romanian Chartered and Certified Accountants Body (CECCAR) and the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants (CCFR).

Mazars has 20 years of experience in providing support for both local businesses and investors building their business in Romania, specializing in audit, tax, financial advisory, accounting and payroll outsourcing.

The firm has 150 employees. As of January 2016, Mazars and its correspondents operate throughout 93 countries, out of which 77 are part of the Mazars integrated partnership and 16 are Mazars correspondents.
