Mars Romania has a new general manager

Slawomir Nizalowski, 38, was appointed general manager of Mars Romania after previously serving as sales and financial director for the past four years. He is taking over from Tomasz Pawlowski who was promoted general manager of the company’s chocolate business in Poland.

Nizalowski has been working for Mars for the past 15 years.He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Warsaw and has been living in Bucharest since 2007.

“My career is strongly connected to Mars. The fact that I have been in Romania for the past four years will help me a lot to continue consolidating the business and to make sure we will continue to grow,” said Nizalowski.

Part of Mars Incorporated, Mars Romania was founded in 1994. The company is present locally with the following brands: Whiskas®, Pedigree®, Chappi®, Kitekat®, Sheba®, Caesar®,Trill®, Mars®, Snickers®, Twix®, Bounty®, Milky Way®, Uncle Ben’s® and Dolmio®.
