ManpowerGroup has launched in Romania its ManpowerGroup Solutions brand, its line specialising in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
According to the ManpowerGroup, company reports show that in Romania there is a wide spread talent shortage. The workforce deficit is also fuelled by the low unemployment rates, revealed by the company’s predictive studies. Given the current environment, the company argues that RPO are needed on the market, not only to cover the recruitment needs of the employers, but also as a means to raise the efficiency of a company’s recruitment process.
The solution is suited both to customised as well as long-term collaborations, by either outsourcing the entire process, either one or more stages, such as searching and screening candidates or interviewing and testing. The employer benefits from a team dedicated to the same project that works alongside with the company’s internal department as well as the infrastructure and necessary technologies, to support and provide consultancy until the final list of candidates is delivered.
“We started the implementation of RPO solutions as part of ongoing projects, transforming them in work methods for the long term for some of our clients. We found on the Romanian market not just the need, but also the openness towards this type of solutions that are better focused, more efficient, that can work in parallel with the company’s HR department,” Manuela Draghia, RPO director ManpowerGroup Solutions Romania.
At a global level, the RPO solutions were the first to be introduced as part of ManpowerGroup Solutions, already available in 57 countries.
