Dacris, a stationery and printing supplier from Romania, acquired Echo Plus from Timisoara, specialized in toners and printer cartage selling, on the Business to Business (B2B) segment.

The acquisition agreement was closed on August 17, being approved by all the shareholders.

„We believe that Echo Plus expertise in selling via telephone area matches our commercial structure and it’s an excellent strategic movement for Dacris company, which will thus benefit from the distribution network and products portfolio growth,” said Dan Fati, Dacris shareholder.

„Echo Plus has become a solid business, reaching a portfolio of over 2,000 clients. Since 2006 when we started the activity on office items and stationery on the Romanian market, the sales volume has grown constantly. There are over 2,500 toner models, ink printer cartage and other office items that are delivered from our warehouses from Bucharest and Timisoara. Together with Dacris, (…) we’ll contribute to the group development,” said Radu Bulzan, one of the Echo Plus founders.

The other founders are Mihaela Dorina Bulzan și Ruxandra Ioana Antonescu. Echo Plus had a turnover of RON 15.1 milion (EUR 3.4 million) in 2015 and a net profit of RON 2.5 million.

Dacris was founded by Lidia, Dan and Claudiu Fati, having the headquarter in Constanta.
