Luana Crivat will coordinate GSK’s HR operations in 13 countries

Luana Crivat was appointed HR operational cluster head at GSK for several European markets, including Romania, starting April 2017

In her new role, she will coordinate the HR operations in Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, Cyprus, Malta and Gibraltar, Croatia, Albania, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo and Slovenia.

Luana joined the GSK Romania team in 2006 as medical representative, developing her career in different commercial roles and in HR.

In 2014, she was named HR country head and joined the GSK Pharma Management Team and coordinated the HR team. She worked on the strategy and the projects of HR shared services towards the Pharma, Consumer Healthcare, Europharm, Europharm Distribution and Global Support Functions divisions.
