Lidl opens first store with green roof in Constanta

Lidl opens the first store with green roof in Constanta on October 26 and the second of this type from the company’s portfolio. The new unit has a surface of 1,286 sqm.

After one year since the opening of the first store with green roof in Bucharest, Lidl opens the second one as part of its sustainability and environment protection strategy. The overall surface of green spaces will reach 3,000 sqm.

The green roof contributes to the building’ energy efficiency and to the reduction of greenhouse effect.

The schedule of the store is: from Monday to Saturday from 7:30 to 22:00 and Sunday from 8:00 to 21:00.

Lidle reaches thus 213 stores at the network level.
