Klaus Iohannis to meet British PM Theresa May on November 14

President Klaus Iohannis is scheduled to meet British Prime Minister Theresa May in London on November 14, following an invitation from the UK PM.

The meeting between the two officials will take place at the British Government’s 10 Downing Street headquarters.

On the same day, Klaus Iohannis will attend the 70-year anniversary reception by Charles, Prince of Wales, at the Buckingham Palace, following an invitation from Queen Elisabeth II.

In March next year, when Britain’s effective exit from the European Union is scheduled, the rotating EU presidency will be held by Romania.
