KFC opens in Bucharest new drive through valued at EUR 1 million

KFC has opened a new drive through unit in Bucharest’s Piața Iancului area, after an EUR 1 million investment.

The location has 160 seats, including a terrace, which will be open non-stop. Built after an EUR 1 million invesmtent, the restaurant has an innovative design and is equipped with state of the art facilities. The unit, which has a surface of 230 sqm and employs 50 staff.

Even from the launch of the first KFC restaurant in Romania, our objective was to be as close as possible to consumers. The opening of the new location confirms the fact that Romanians love KFC, as the number of clients is growing year by year. Piața Iancului, the area where we decided to open the new Drive Through unit, is very accessible and busy, that is why we are convinced that it will become the perfect choice for those who live in the surroundings and not only,” Monica Eftimie, KFC Romania chief marketing officer said.
