Key move. Webhelp Romania appoints Mihnea Diaconu as business development director

Webhelp Romania appoints Mihnea Diaconu as business development director, aiming to consolidate and develop the local operations.

Diaconu was previously key account manager within the consultancy and HR company Adecco, where he was responsible for the management of the relation with the biggest players from BPO/SSC industry, telecom, banking and pharma; before that, he held different positions in banking field.

“In the name of Webhelp Romania, I welcome Mihnea. Webhelp Romania goes through an interesting period of transformation and development and Mihnea, due to his experience in BPO/SSC  and sales, is the ideal choice to maximize our portfolio of local clients and ensure an additional support in reaching our business objectives for the next three years,” said Raluca Leonte, CEO Webhelp Romania.

“I believe that the Romanian market has a significant potential in services and outsourcing industries. The customized solutions aiming to an “end to end” outsourcing of business processes, are more and more preferred by the companies present here,” said Diaconu.

Webhelp, the company with outsourcing services and BPO, has over 2,000 employees in Romania, with a local strategy, aiming a growing strategy of it.

The company is present in 28 countries and has 35,000 employees.
