Key move. Robert Pitt, Andreea Enescu and Iuliana Busca join CTP

CTP, the premium industrial parks developer and long-term manager in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe, announces changes and the expansion of its management team, both local and international, in order to continue the development of the organization and to support the accelerated business growth. Robert Pitt joined CTP’s international team as chief operating officer, starting the end of last year and Iuliana Busca and Andreea Enescu will run the business development team in Romania, starting February 1.  

Pitt will assist in setting up the processes needed in order to efficiently help the operational structure of the company, both at local and international level, thus preparing CTP for the further growth needed to achieve its ambitious goals. He will focus on the HR, IT, Legal, Controlling and Construction, Design, Permitting and Procurement, and will also work with the local construction team on the projects under development throughout the country. Pitt (47) has a degree in economics from University College of Dublin and previously worked for Lidl in Ireland & Northern Ireland as Property Director and then as COO for Lidl in Czech &Slovak Republics. He continued his career as COO and CEO of Tesco’s franchise business, where he spent almost eight years and most recently he was CEO of Independent News & Media PLC Ireland.

“Over the past 24 months CTP has significantly expanded operations and is currently active throughout CEE. The new CTP employs 350 people with a plan to double the portfolio and reach 10 million sqm of lettable area by 2022. Pitt brings experience and drive and will contribute much to getting CTP ready for growth and his hand-on attitude will help CTP operationally,” said Remon Vos, CEO of CTP and country head for Romania.

Over the past 14 months, Ana Dumitrache has been working closely with Vos to build a strong team of property professionals, from the position of co-country head. Dumitrache will pursue a new career opportunity, and from February 1st her tasks will be taken by Pitt. Vos will continue his position as country head for Romania.

CTP Romania has set clear tasks to reach total lettable area of 1,5 million sqm  by 2019. The demand is  driven by CTPs long term clients.

CTP’s Romanian team currently consists out of approximately 60 team members who are involved in full property development from land acquisition to construction, finance and property management.
