Key move. Plafar appoints three new members within the Administration Board

Plafar appointed three new members within the Administration Board on July 20. The appointments were made at the shareholder’s request, the state, through the Economy Ministry.

The three new members are: Bogdan Daniel Spuza, Cornel Danila and Radu Pop.

The selection procedure was made by the Department for Privatization and State Participation Administration. In the next period, after the acceptance of the mandate by the new administrators, the legal procedures of registering will follow to the Trade Registry.

The recruitment experts centralized 54 submission files (in average 18 per vacancy) of some experienced candidates, with different skills.

Taking into account the main objective of Plafar, the diversification of distribution channels of its own products in the profile market, the recruiters concluded that the experience of a professional in financial field, one in FMCG and one in legal field are necessary within the new Administration Council.

Spuza has a professional experience of over 22 years in marketing in several banking and FMCG companies.

Danila has an experience of over 20 years in FMCG field, commercial, marketing, sales and logistics in top management companies.

Pop has over 18 years of experience in legal field in companies from different sectors.
