Pan-European logistics property investor and developer P3 has appointed Sinziana Pardhan as its new Acquisitions director in Romania.

Previously she collaborated with SOPOLEC and the Romanian Green Building Council as well as completing consultancy assignments with the US Department of Commerce (Central and Eastern Europe Business Information Center), Dominican Republic’s Competitive Council and The Global Knowledge Partnership (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia).

“I have known Sinziana for nine years and was lucky enough to have worked with her for the last four of them. She is one of the highest quality professionals I have ever met and I’m really excited to have her on our team to help drive our growth in Romania”, says Blake Horsley, Country head for P3 in Romania.

Pardhan has a Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Economic Studies in Bucharest and a master’s degree in International Business from The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University. “I am passionate about uncovering new opportunities, so P3 Romania is a great opportunity for me. P3 is a solid and very dynamic organisation with strong expansion plans across Europe and I am very excited about joining the team in Romania and making my own contribution to its continued growth”, said Pardhan.

P3 currently has a total of 305,000 sqm in 11 warehouses at P3 Bucharest park. P3 has recently completed three new buildings at P3 Bucharest park and is also looking to expand in Bucharest as well as central and western parts of the country.
