Key move. Elisabeta Moraru is the new head of Google Romania

Google has announced that Elisabeta Moraru was appointed the head of the local office starting October. She takes the role of the former director Dan Bulucea, who left at the middle of this year in Singapore to take the New Business Manager Google position for Asia-Pacific region.

Moraru joined the Google team in April 2012 as Industry head, consulting the clients and partners in using the improvement solutions of online performances.

Also, Moraru has actively supported the introduction of digital solutions in educational system and in media, initiating several projects for schools, universities and press.

Between February 2011 and March 2012 she worked at Xerox and from 2007 to 2011 at Microsoft.

Between 2004 and 2007 she worked at the Ministry of Administration and Interior and between 2005 and 2009 she was lecture assistant at the Journalism Faculty from Bucharest.
