Key move. Elena Badea leaves EY Romania to join Sfera Business consultancy

Elena Badea has left the job she had at the professional services firm EY Romania to join  Sfera Business, a company that provides training, strategic marketing and consultancy services.

Badea has worked for over 22 years in marketing, sales and business development. In the past 15 years, she was the marketing director of EY Romania. In the past decade, she had led the marketing and business development department of the firm, after which she coordinated the PR and communication activity of the brand.

She will work as partner and senior consultant at Sfera Business, which was founded in 2010.

Catalin Stancu, the managing partner of the company, said that each of the consultants working at Sfera Business has at least 15 years of hands on experience.

“There is huge demand for experiential training on the market, which, if correlated with other techniques, can generate fast results and on a longer term in business,” said Badea in a statement.

Badea has been invited to teach at the master’s program of the Griffiths School of Management Oradea. She has provided courses for multinational firms and local ones.
