Alexandra David is the new HR director of FrieslandCampina Romania, where she will coordinate the HR activities of the company that employs 700 people.

David has a career of over 11 years in retail, marketing and HR in multinational companies and in the retail industry.

She had different roles in HR, having both operational experience locally, within Sephora Balkans (HR Director Balkans), as well as corporate, in global HR department within LVMH group, where she coordinated HR development projects, talents management and recruitment at national level.

David has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA (I.N.D.E. National Institute of Economic Development Bucharest in partnership with C.N.A.M Paris), as well as in HR field, with degrees in strategic management in HR at ASEBUSS Bucharest and HEC Executive Paris.

“Together with the entire team we’ll work at the HR activities consolidation aligned to the development strategy of the company, the growth of the internal talents and the strengthening of an organizational culture oriented to performance, feedback and continuous evolution,” said David.
