Justice minister Tudorel Toader said this morning that the Ministry has received the opinion by the Superior Magistracy Council (CSM) on naming Adina Florea as chief prosecutor of the anti-corruption agency (DNA), and added that he will analyse the document on Monday and then make a decision on the matter.

CSM issued a negative opinion on Toader’s proposal on Monday.

Earlier, Tudorel Toader had said that the proposal to name Adina Florea as head of the DNA will be sent to president Iohannis regardless of the nature of the CSM opinion.
