Joaquin Almunia, vice-president of the European Commission, visits Romania

The vice-president of the European Commission, Joaquin Almunia, will be visiting Romania tomorrow, October 21.

 Almunia, who is in charge of the competition portfolio at EU level, will be meeting PM Emil Boc and Bogdan Chiritoiu, the president of the Competition Council in Romania.

 He will also hold the opening speech during the conference “Competition in key sectors of the Romanian economy.”
