IT provider Novensys takes over Microsoft Dynamics division of Ager Solutions

Romanian IT firm Novensys, integrator of solutions developed by IBM, Oracle and Microsoft, has announced the takeover of the Microsoft Dynamics division of Ager Solutions, developer of software solutions for business administration, as part of the strategy to consolidate its position on the market.

The value of the transaction was not made public.

 The takeover which should see Novensys have a portfolio of 200 clients and reach 50 percent share on the market of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, was the result of the growth in demand for solutions of the type Microsoft Dynamics as well as a result of investments made in human resources over the last years by Novensys, announced the company in a pres release on its website.

 Following the transaction, the Microsoft Dynamics NAV team of Ager Solutions will continue its activity under the Novensys brand, joining the Novensys team.
