Intesa Sanpaolo Bank posts 20 percent increase in net earnings

It also increased its credit portfolio by 20 percent and deposits by 45 percent in the same period. All the financial indicators are reported according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). “Intesa Sanpaolo Bank posted a good commercial performance at the end of Q3, registering a balanced increase of its loans and deposits. We will continue to consolidate all of our activities by the end of 2009 and to offer products and services that meet the current market conditions,” said Nicola Calabro, CEO of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank.
