Starting September 30 to October 19, the works can be entered in the Internetics competition by submitting the form available on the website www.internetics.ro. The jury will decide the winners at the end of October and the Awards Gala will take place on November 21st, at the Romanian Athenaeum.
This year’s president of the jury is Ajay Naqvi, marketing manager Airbnb India. Before handling the launch of the first global branding campaigns for Airbnb in India, Ajay was the chief of the marketing department of Coca-Cola India South. With an experience of over 17 years in the creativity field, Ajay positioned himself as a revolutionary creative working during the time in famous agencies and brands. Starting this edition, by encouraging the advertising and marketing online market, the organizers decided to give a bigger number of trophies, therefore for every category from the competition there will be Gold and Silver trophies. As a result, the system of offering points to the title of the Agency of the Year has also changed. The organizers and the jury will also give other special awards, such as Best Use of Technology and Most Creative Client of the Year.
Another novelty is represented by the fact that following last year’s project – the Digital Artists exhibition, Internetics 2016 will be integrated into Internetics Digital Week, a vast event dedicated to the digital creative industries. Internetics Digital Week will host an exhibition and a series of conferences and connected events that have the purpose of bringing closer the connected industries to the advertising one, such as: technology, IT & gaming.
