Internetics 2016 records 156 works in the competition

This year’s edition of digital competition Internetics has gathered 156 works, 29 participants and over 67 brands.

The president of the jury is Ajay Naqvi, country marketing manager at Airbnb India. Before handling the launch of the first global branding campaigns for Airbnb in India, he lead the Coca-Cola India South marketing department. Ajay lead the repositioning of many brands, including Tata Sumo, Tata Safari, Limca, Coke India, Thumbs Up, Maaza and Sprite.

„I am very curious and enthusiast to see the entered works. On one hand curious because I am interested in finding out more about the industry in Romania and, on the other hand, enthusiast because I treasure very much the idea of a festival. Any appreciation in a sharing platform such as a festival creates memories, awards people and recognizes the quality pf a good work. And all of these are creating even further a virtuous circle of excellence that helps the brands, the marketers and the agencies,” said Naqvi.

The members of the Internetics jury will take into account a series of criteria such as: concept and strategy, the integration in the communication strategy of the brand, efficiency, design, the interactivity or the content.

The awards ceremony will take place on November 21 at the Romanian Athenaeum, starting 19:30.
