We want our colleagues to improve themselves constantly. One of their responsibilities is to read. We put at their disposal a large and ever-expanding library (physical and digital) comprised of business and self-development books. Our reading budget is unlimited,” says Maria Tataru, marketing manager at Autonom.

In addition, the company constantly organizes training to help its teams to develop and improve their skills. “We encourage our colleagues to get involved in their local communities through the Autonom Foundation, supporting any kind of educational initiatives,” they add. All the employees benefit from autonomy in their activity and are highly encouraged to take decisions and to think of improvements and new initiatives for any aspects of the company. As a result of this strategy, a study conducted by AON Hewitt revealed that the engagement score in the last three years was significantly above 80 percent. Plus, “employees who have worked for Autonom for over one year receive a share of the company’s profits,” adds Tataru.
