Ibis Romania reports 15 percent growth in room occupancy rate in the first half of 2011

Ibis Romania, part of the Accor group, has reported a 15 percent growth in occupancy rate in the first six months of 2011 compared to the similar period of 2010. The Ibis network operates four three-star hotels in Romania, two in Bucharest and one in Constanta and Sibiu. Ibis Bucuresti Gara de Nord has 250 rooms, Ibis Bucuresti Palatul Parlamentului has 161 rooms, Ibis Constanta has 154 rooms, and Ibis Sibiu has 195 rooms.

The hotel in Sibiu reported the highest growth in the network, of 27 percent, followed by the Gara de Nord location, with a 20 percent growth in occupancy rate.
