Hezy Ovadia takes over from Shachar Shaine as the new president of URBB

Hezy Ovadia is the new president of URBB, taking over from Shachar Shaine who has lead the company over the past six years. With 19 years of professional experience in various managerial positions in FMCG companies, including Carlsberg Group – Israel Beer Breweries, Ovadia plans to develop the existing portfolio of the company. He holds an EMBA from the Tel Aviv University, and has been part of the board of administration of Tuborg Romania.

URBB is one of the largest drinks producers on the local market, covering the beer segment, the soft drinks segment and the mineral water one. Its portfolio covers brands such as Tuborg, Carsberg, Skol, Holsten, Guiness, Kilkenny, Granini, Bilbor.
