Healthiest Companies. Preliminary results of the OWB Study presented on December 7

Business Review Magazine and D&D Research are proud to announce the preliminary results of the OWB Study, the first research project to measure Organizational Well-Being using a scientific instrument, deeply rooted in today’s business culture and context.

On December 7, at Sheraton Hotel, HR professionals and business leaders will come together to gain and discuss insights into what Organizational Well-Being stands for in Romania, how it can be measured and what is its impact upon the Romanian business environment.

The agenda of the event includes:

Session 1: How healthy are Romanian companies?

  • Results and insights shared by companies participating in the first stage. Preliminary findings of the research team
  • The importance of Organizational Well-being for Romanian companies. How is it defined, what KPIs are companies measuring and how does the OWB study complement  internal research projects already in place
  • A sneak-preview of the results registered by a series of participating companies, measured on key dimensions: Development opportunities, Perceived stress, Commitment towards organization, Work pressure, Emotional demands, Significance

 

Session 2: Dimensions of Organizational Well-Being

  • Well-being, current situation. Scientific models
  • The road to well-being passes through the office. From employee requirements to the impact within the organization
  • Employee health – facts and figures on Romanian employees’ lifestyle and behavior, introduced by Regina Maria
  • Impactful well-being initiatives. From concept to execution and results

Launched on September 1st, the OWB Study will generate an Organizational Well-Being Index with the purpose of recognizing and acknowledging the companies with the highest global scores of organizational well-being as well as initiatives with excellent scores within particular dimensions of the study.

If you represent the HR department of a company who wants to participate in the Organizational Well-Being Study, you can request a complementary VIP invitation for the event. Registration is free of charge to any company active in Romania, for at least 12 months and with a minimum of 50 employees.
