Business Review Magazine and D&D Research are proud to announce the preliminary results of the OWB Study, the first research project to measure Organizational Well-Being using a scientific instrument, deeply rooted in today’s business culture and context.
On December 7, at Sheraton Hotel, HR professionals and business leaders will come together to gain and discuss insights into what Organizational Well-Being stands for in Romania, how it can be measured and what is its impact upon the Romanian business environment.
The agenda of the event includes:
Session 1: How healthy are Romanian companies?

- Impactful well-being initiatives. From concept to execution and results

Launched on September 1st, the OWB Study will generate an Organizational Well-Being Index with the purpose of recognizing and acknowledging the companies with the highest global scores of organizational well-being as well as initiatives with excellent scores within particular dimensions of the study.
