Head of Roland Berger Romania gets promoted to regional level

Codrut Pascu, 35, managing partner of Roland Berger Romania for the past five years, was promoted to regional level. He will be responsible for the company’s operations in Turkey, Bulgaria and Romania as member of the steering committee for Central and Eastern Europe.

Pascu is a graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and he holds an MBA from INSEAD. He has been with the firm for the last 13 years working both for the Bucharest office and for the company’s subsidiary in London. Pascu has expertise in fields such as growth strategies, marketing and price strategies.

The Bucharest office of the strategy consultancy firm was opened back in 1992.
