Harghita implements e-governing solution with EU funds

Harghita will have an e-government system with a total value of EUR 1.4 million (EUR 6 million). The total eligible value was EUR 1.16 million (nearly RON 4.9 million), of which EUR 1.12 million (nearly RON 4.8 million) represents the value of non-reimbursable financing. The project must be implemented over a period of 22 months.

The aim of this project is to offer 11 online services to inhabitants and the business environment in Harghita. For this, IT infrastructure will be put into place to allow the e-governing solution to run in optimal conditions.

It is estimated that a number of 230 people will be trained for using the IT application.
