Georgia Cailean named CEO of real estate agency Coldwer Banker Romania

Coldwell Banker Romania has named Georgia Cailean (37) as CEO. Georgia Cailean isa member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, specializing in Corporate Real Estate, Property & Facility Management, Financial Assessment and Analysis.

She was CEO of Piraeus Real Estate, ARC Management, the real estate company of National Bank of Greece, and Fortis Global Management, a company specializing in valuations, project management and consultancy for real estate projects and investments.

”I have two clear objectives: to strengthen my leadership position in the residential and commercial segment and to open new offices in both Bucharest and the largest cities in Romania, as well as expanding on corporate services, especially asset management, where we have a solid experience, ”said Georgia Cailean, CEO of Coldwell Banker Romania.

Coldwell Banker Romania, active for 12 years in Romania, recorded a combined turnover of EUR 5.3 million in 2017, the last year with official public results, being one of the largest real estate consulting companies active on the domestic market.

Besides Bucharest, the company has offices in Brasov, Cluj – Napoca and Constanta.

With a history of 110 years, the US-based company is currently owned by Realogy Corporation, one of the largest real estate franchisees worldwide. Through its network, Coldwell Banker covers 47 states and territories across the Globe with over 3,000 offices and has over 90,000 consultants and brokers.
