Generali Asigurari and Ardaf plan merger

Representatives of Generali Group in Romania announced plans to merge the two insurance companies the group owns on the local market: Generali Asigurari and Ardaf. Generali Romania is the name planned for the new entity, which will operate on the market with two independent brands: Generali and Ardaf. Besides keeping the brand, the two sales networks will also be maintained.

The legal aspect of the merger involves Ardaf taking over Generali Asigurari.
