GED buys Infopress Group SA for EUR 12 million

The Spanish private equity firm GED bought 92 percent of the share capital of Infopress Group SA, the leading provider of printing services in Romania and the largest printing company in Southeast Europe for more than EUR 12 million. The closing of the transaction is expected to take place in the second quarter of 2010 further to clearance from the Romanian Competition Council.

The law firm Biris Goran has assisted the managers and current shareholders of Infopress Group SA in partnering up with GED.
