Gaz Sud appoints Gary Mazzotti new GM

 Gaz Sud has appointed Gary Mazzotti its new general manager for Romania, previously a senior investment director for PPF Investments, the private equity group which owns the gas distributor. Mazzotti is also a member of the Gaz Sud and the Continental Hotels Boards of Directors. Mazzotti has been working with the PPF for over three years. He is a UK Chartered Accountant and the graduate from the University of Reading, UK. He has gained more than 28 years of experience and a successful track record in finance, working capital management, mergers and acquisitions and operational management. Mr. Mazzotti has previously held senior management positions with several companies: Energy 21, AAA Auto Group, Virgin Group and Greyhound Corporation. Gary Mazzotti is 49 years old, is married and has three children.
