Garanti Bank grows loans portfolio by 45 percent

Turkish lender Garanti Bank reached a EUR 510 million portfolio of loans in November this year in Romania, up 45 percent on the same period of last year, according to the bank. Its assets also grew by 70 percent, to EUR 770 million compared to the end of last year. The lender expects growth for 2010, when it plans to consolidate its market position by expanding portfolios and developing new products and services.
