Fru Fru to list on BVB’s AeRO market

Health-food producer Fru Fru launches to the Bucharest Stock Exchange’s (BVB) AeRO market on Tuseday, June 14, BVB announces.

The event dedicated to the listing of the company’s corporate bonds will be hosted by Ludwik Sobolewski, BVB CEO and attended by Mihai Simiuc, CEO of Fru Fru as well as BRK Financial Group representatives.

Fru Fru was founded in 2005 under the name Mondo di Pasta, with the mission to provide an alternative to fast food, which was dominating the market at the time. Initially, the company specialized in pasta production, which was available through home delivery service and selected stores.

In 2014, the company launched an online store, DETOX shop. Currently, its products can be found in around 200 sale points, including large supermarkets and petrol stations.
